The ADIC Pathlight VX650 is a scalable backup and restore solution that increases the capacity and reduces the cost of disk backup by integrating disk and tape in a single, unified system.

The Pathlight VX650 leverages EMC CLARiiON ATA disk arrays to double the backup performance to give it RAID reliability and then integrates the capacity and value of tape to deliver enterprise scalability and disaster recovery support. It integrates seamlessly into existing data protection environments meaning that the user can be confident of the backup being fast with the knowledge that their data protection investment will be preserved.
