For each SMARTnet and SMARTnet Onsite package, Cisco also provides various degrees of service level so that the resulting support contract is perfectly suited to the business environment.

Service levels available include:

  • Advance replacement parts, delivered within 2 hours of TAC determining that part replacement is required (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
  • Advance replacement parts, delivered within 4 hours of TAC determining that part replacement is required (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
  • Advance replacement parts, delivered within 4 hours of TAC determining that part replacement is required (8 hours a day, 5 days a week)
  • Advance replacement parts, delivered the next business day once TAC has determined that part replacement is required between 9am and 5pm

* SMARTnet Onsite Packages have an extra level support in the form of a field engineer coming to site to fix the problem
