The Cisco SN 5428 Storage Router combines iSCSI, IP, and Fibre Channel technology to provide a cost-effective, secure workgroup Storage Area Network (SAN).

• Connectivity for multiple servers and storage devices via Ethernet and Fibre Channel ports
• Connectivity to Fibre Channel storage devices across IP networks through iSCSI
• Supports standard Fibre Channel features such as F_port, FL_port, E_port, and zoning
• Provides simple migration path from Direct Attached Storage (DAS) to SAN environments
