Cyclades AlterPath PM8 IPDU

The Cyclades AlterPath PM8 is an 8 connection Intelligent Power Distribution Unit (IPDU) that enables remote power control of servers and network gear.

With the AlterPath PM8, IT staff can power off, power on and reboot network devices using the same console management session from any location via telnet, Secure Shell(SSHv2) or through a secure web session.

• Sequential power-up; Independent control of power ports (power on/off/cycle); port name assignment; Global current monitoring with threshold alarm; Overcurrent alarm
• Local authentication support (up to 8 users); User access lists per power port; Power port state locking support (lock port on or off)
• Total integration with Cyclades console servers for RADIUS, TACACS+ and LDAP authentication, SecurID, IP Packet and Security Filtering, Syslog etc
