HP OpenView Customer Views for Network Node Manager (Customer Views) merges the power of HP OpenView Network Node Manager (NNM) with customer information to provide intelligent, customer-based management of network environments for ISPs, outsourcers, and enterprise service providers.

NNM provides concise and in-depth views of network devices and connections in an intuitive graphical format. Customer Views provides five additional views to enable network managers to associate customers with the network resources they use and the network events affecting those customers.

• Allows service providers to model network elements logically
• Graphically displays, in all relevant views, any changes in network device status
• Provides preconfigured reporting of network link data for Frame Relay, ATM, SONET, DS-1/E1, and DS-3/E3
• Provides a menu item to identify customers that are affected by a given network event
