Nortel Networks Passport 1424T is a fixed port L3 switch, featuring 24 ports of 10/100 and two GBIC slots.

Quality of Service and hardware-based routing help the Passport 1424T decrease network latency, jitter, and excess routing of traffic. 802.1p and DiffServ support enable VoIP and video traffic to be prioritized across the network.

• Provides 24 10/100 ports and 2 GBIC slots. Multiple GBIC fiber uplink ports provide connectivity for single and multimode as well as SX and LX fiber
• Wire-speed routing and a non-blocking architecture deliver improved application performance required by today's bandwidth sensitive applications
• Multi-Link Trunking allows a Passport 1424T to function as an edge member of a Split Multi-Link Trunk solution
