A company using Microsoft Exchange for messaging or calendaring is facing a migration to Exchange 2000 or Titanium, since Microsoft is de-supporting Microsoft NT and Exchange 5.5.
According to a April 2002 Ferris Research report "The Cost of Migrating from Exchange v5.5 to v2000":
