Overland NEO 8000

The Overland NEO 8000 tape library offers mission-critical data storage of up to 800TB, with data transfer rates of up to 14TB/hour, making it ideal for storage consolidation and enterprise data archiving.

The NEO 8000 features hot-swap tape drives, redundant power supplies, pro-active monitoring and user-alerts to ensure high availability. LVD SCSI and Native Fibre Channel interfaces are available, and optionally GbE (NDMP or iSCSI).

Using Overland's Virtual Interface Architecture (VIA) the NEO 8000 can easily communicate with you network or SAN, and Overland's WebTLC technology provides secure management and monitoring through an easy to use browser-based interface.

The NEO 8000 scales from 85 to 1000 cartridges, and from 2 to 24 LTO-2, LTO-3 or SDLT 600 tape drives.
