The StorageTek FlexLine FLC250 capacity-centric disk array is StorageTe's highest density disk array and is ideally suited for disk-to-disk backup, online archive, data replication and fixed content applications. The capacity-centric array (formerly known as BladeStore) is a cost effective solution for high capacity storage applications where random access performance is not required. The StorageTek FLC250 bridges the gap between access-centric disk and tape automation, supporting up to 10 blades with a transfer rate of 2GB/s and allowing capacity to be added at 1.25TB increments.

• IBA (Intelligent Blade Architecture) makes disk storage affordable. Storage capacity of up to 150 terabytes is integrated in up to 12 high-density FLC250 disk arrays
