This map shows the extent of our partner’s stock locations and coverage, which allows them to effectively and rapidly meet differing service level needs.
Our partners engineering team is based from home, key stock locations or customer sites. All engineers are strategically located, with high usage in boot spares such as hard disks and PSU’s with support provided by a sophisticated logistics operation. Staffing levels and stock locations are continually reviewed as the requirements of our customer base evolve.
Unlike many other organisations, our service partner also provides resident onsite spares for frequent failing items and critical elements. This ensures SLA’s are met to a far higher level as engineers can diagnose remotely or onsite quickly any issue but need spares availability to often resolve the issue.
This has proved a very successful policy and one we encourage customers to use on SLA’s such as 4 hour fix.
